FEFCO 0301 FTD vs 0200 HSC: side-by-side numbers
0301 (Full telescope design style container) and 0200 (Half slotted container) differ in how the box closes and how much board it takes. A half slotted container is a regular slotted box with the top flaps left off, so it arrives open at the top.
Flap rules
| Part | 0301 FTD | 0200 HSC |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Body tray base: L × W | Outer flaps, bottom: W ÷ 2 |
| 2 | Cover tray base: (L + 2t) × (W + 2t), t = caliper | Inner flaps, bottom: W ÷ 2 |
| 3 | Wall depth: H on both trays | Top flaps: none |
| Closure | Slide the cover down. Tape or strap it if the box ships as a parcel. | Bottom taped or glued like an RSC. The top takes a separate cover: a slip lid, a second HSC inverted over it, or a telescoping cap. |
